1. Who we are
StreamVault UK (“we”, “us”) provides streaming technology, applications and customer support. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. What we collect
- Contact details — your WhatsApp number when you message us, order, or request a trial.
- Order information — the plan, term and price you choose, and your service login identifiers.
- Support history — the content of conversations with us, kept so we can help you faster next time.
- Technical basics — standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) generated when you use the service, used for security and capacity planning.
We do not collect payment-card data on this website — there are no card forms here. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data to anyone.
3. How we use your data
- To create and manage your subscription and deliver your login details.
- To provide customer support and setup help.
- To keep the service secure, stable and appropriately sized.
- To tell you about renewal when your term is ending (no marketing spam).
4. Legal basis & retention
We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering the service you ordered) and under legitimate interest (security and support). We keep order and support records while your subscription is active and for up to 12 months after it ends, then delete them.
5. Sharing
Your data is shared only with the infrastructure providers required to run the service (hosting and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy). We never sell or rent personal data.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp (+44 7414 242398). You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have mishandled your data.
7. Cookies
This website is static and does not set tracking cookies. Embedded third-party fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log standard request data.
8. Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Significant changes will be flagged to active customers on WhatsApp.
