Terms of Service

1. The service
StreamVault UK provides streaming technology, player-app guidance, account access and customer support (“the service”). By ordering a subscription or trial you agree to these terms.
2. Ordering & activation
Orders are placed via WhatsApp. Your subscription begins when we deliver your login details, and runs for the term you purchased (1–36 months). There are no automatic renewals: when your term ends, access stops unless you choose to renew.
3. Fair use
- One login is for one household. Simultaneous streams are limited by your plan (1 device, or 2–5 screens on Multi-Screen plans).
- Sharing or reselling login details is not permitted and may result in suspension.
- You may install the login on multiple personal devices, provided concurrent use stays within your plan.
4. Content responsibility
We supply technology, applications and support. You are responsible for ensuring that you hold the appropriate rights for any content you access in your region, and for using the service in line with the laws that apply where you live.
5. Availability
We target 99.9% uptime and provision server capacity ahead of major events, but no streaming service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Where a significant, verified outage on our side affects your service, we extend your subscription to cover the affected period.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our refund policy. In short: use the free trial first; if the paid service then fails to work as described on a supported setup and we cannot fix it, we will put it right or refund the unused portion.
7. Support
Support is provided via WhatsApp (+44 7414 242398). We aim to respond within minutes and resolve most issues in a single conversation.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated to active customers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
